Bando Bag

I purchased the Bando for situations like wearing basketball shorts or swimming trunks when my I can't carry iwb and my pocket space is limited. The bando has excelled in these situations so far. Not only can I carry my Shield + in an appendix or cross draw fashion but it gives me plenty of room for the rest of my edc as well.
As a bonus I have found it to be really convenient for organizing items I use daily for work that I don't keep on my person but want them close at hand. Storing them in the Bando keeps them organized and easily accessible in the passenger seat of my work vehicle.
This is my second item from Eberlestock and I have been more than happy with both the quality of their products and their awesome customer service.

Not made for big guys

Great Fanny Pack, light weight but enough space for discreet carrying IFAK items in the compartment for the firearm.
In the middle you can carry some meds and a small booboo kit and maybe a smartphone, wallet or something.
Highly recommended by an bavarian emergency physician! 😉

Truly, a great hiking or going on a long road trip bag. I was able to pack a Glock 19 two magazines plus one in the chamber. A small IFAK and a few snacks. Great hiking camping and also long road trips bag. For that oh shit moment in life

I’m something of a bag aficionado. I had been using a competitors fanny pack (starts with V, ends in X). This other bag was/is pet great - but not very inconspicuous. That, and I did not like the zipper placement, especially on the back bag which is intended to carry the pistol. If you didn’t force yourself to pay attention every time going into your bag, you risk opening up the pistol compartment instead of the main, larger compartment. There are clearly ways to mitigate this which I used, but it was what I’d consider an “unnecessary burden” and a true design flaw. The bands bag seemed to solve this issue entirely. The zipper placements are spot on and very intuitive. Size wise, I’d recommend the xl over the standard bag for everyone looking for something like this. The footprint difference is negligible, while the capacity is perfect.

Absolutely loving it. I went with the XL so I could carry my K9’s payoff, treats, Staccato P, and some medical. Well built, as is tradition with Eberlestock, and carries the weight well while looking passable in every day life.

Needed a bag for CCW that didn’t look all tactical. This XL Bando bag fit the bill. We travel constantly and I now have a means to grab everything at once and know that it’s all in place.
