The G2 Gunslinger is a slick pack lemme tell ya what. I got a .45acp riding on the hip belt, Ak-47 in the rifle scabbard. Enough room for essential survival gear, clothes, and rain gear. The back padding is perfect for a long haul on foot!
The admin compartment is convenient, rather than needing to add an external one.
What is The make and model of the bolt action gun Mr. tactical has in the gunslinger II in the pics? I need to buy both that gun and this gunslinger II ASAP!!! Please let me know.... I got my trigger finger on the buy button just waiting on what that bolt gun is. It’s LITERALLY the perfect set up for my needs. Thanks!
I like the pack. I would prefer two independent straps for storage on the side compartments. One strap goes across to secure both sides. If I want access to only one side for a tripod for example I have to undo the strap and it releases both sides. Not sure if this makes sense
I’ve had this bag for a while and I never stopped in to do a review. This bag really is amazing. Bomb-proof construction, well thought out features, and actually very comfortable. This is a bag you could carry all day with very little discomfort. I wish I had an eberlestock bag when I was in Afghanistan. Nowadays, I don’t get as much use out of it as I’d like. Regardless, it’s a fantastic bag. The only negative for my is that I could use a few more organizational pockets, but that’s a minor issue. Without the extra pockets, the bag has a very sleek exterior, which I like. Can’t have your cake and eat it, too. Definitely not enough to take away a star. Nothing is perfect, but this bag is damn close.
