Did not realize they were very heavy. Also did not fit the same as other pants recently purchased
I have owned some Salmon River pants as they are some of my favorite pants. I like the more sturdy design of the Camas pant. Salmon rivers for hotter weather, Camas for cooler weather. My only gripe is most every company offers a 32x34” pant. Some of us have dancer legs and are more of a 32”x35”. And these pants are about 1” short to fit me properly. Other than that, great pants.
I’ve been buying Kuhl pants for years, but once I saw that Eberlestock was coming out with a new outdoors pant I decided to try it. The fit is true to size throughout the pant, and I like the addition of zippers for the back pockets as anytime I put things there they tend to disappear! So far I’ve worn these several times in low temperatures while hiking (20’s with snow) and haven’t needed an insulating layer underneath of them. They hold up well to brush and the cold, and I can tell they’re going to be my new go to for hunting and hiking in the colder months.
Looooove them. Would really love them a little more if they were 2 inches shorter. Still would recommend and give 5 stars
I’ve worn Fjallraven, KUIU and Sitka pants - all great pants, but not functional for everyday. 5.11 pants are too ‘tactical’ and fit is generally not great. The Camas might be my favorite pant I’ve worn - from fit, fabric, feel and function they absolutely rock. Only thing - I wish there was a lighter stone khaki color, that’s it.
Been searching for an everyday pant next to a great pair of denim jeans, and these are it.
I’m 5’10, 170 - 30R is slim but still fits over my Crispis.
34-L fits great. Always appreciate the tall sizes at 6:6.
The fit is amazing! Very flexible I can run in them and Jiu Jitsu too!
Ordered two and was very pleased with the result and just ordered another two for the full color-set.
I ordered a 34L and a 36L ended up keeping the 36. A 35L would have been perfect. Really comfortable, stretchy material is the ideal weight. I wear a 36 inseam and the long fit well. Will probably order another pair
