The Flex is our next evolution in off-body concealed carry, built on the classic waist pack design and optimized for quick firearm access. This one-size-fits-all solution features a proprietary internally adjustable belt, expanding up to 55” for versatile carry options—whether you prefer it as a belt bag or a cross-body pack.
The main compartment measures in at 10” W x 6”H x 3” D to accommodate most-full size frames with lights and optics. The zipper pull of the main compartment is a T-puller, so you can identify and access the zipper quickly and securely.
It comes with a Velcro-in pistol retainer and tourniquet elastic loop, as well as webbing loops in the corners of the main compartment to attach a lanyard or shock cord to accommodate trigger guards. With minimal visible Eberlestock branding and a clean aesthetic, the Flex blends into any environment.

I have a box full of hip packs. Use them for local walks (hey, at 75, I have graduated from “runner” to “walker”), and also for frequent visits to trails in the state and national parks and trout streams. “All” I wanted was a simple hip pack that would hold my wallet, phone, keys, small light, and my CC pistol and extra mag. Fingers crossed, I bought the Fade Flex sight unseen. It has turned out to be perfect, the “Goldilocks” size bag I’ve searched for. Quality is superb, and it has the added advantage of serving as a small sling bag. Great design, great execution.
Great for my P365 X Macro and my everyday gear. Use it for toting my toddlers things around, medical gear at work, and my firearm in my personal life. Easy to swap and manage the space.

Everything that I have used from Eberlestock is very well thought out in design and function. This is no exception. I am able to pack my wallet, keys, other various things, as well as my concealed carry and 4 extra magazines. I would highly recommend anything from Eberlestock, but this one hit a home run!!!
I’ve tried both Bando Bag sizes and the Fade Flex. Personally, for me , hands down, the flex is the bag for me. It looks great. I love the zippers, outer material and inner sections. I think, for my purposes it’s the best.
I had the Bando and Vertx Long Walks fanny but I now use the Fade Flex as my main bag since it does not sag and looks very discreet!
I’ve been looking for the perfect EDC/CCW sling bag for several years. No this isn’t it but it is as close as it gets! If the bottom of the admin area was just a little wider, it would be perfect. I’m very happy with the purchase. It looks good, feels great and flies under the radar. Access to your CCW is fast and easy. The zippers are awesome. Premier Body Armor is coming out with a Level IIIA insert so how can you lose?
