First thing I checked was the tag and was disappointed to find "57%Wool 42%Nylon 1%Lycra.

Got these on sale, but for what they cost...for a pair of socks...they should be AS advertised. Also...do not confuse heavy "cushioning" for heavy "weight". They're hardly either.

I'll end up keeping them because returns are a hassle, but this is NOT what I was hoping for.

Only used them twice so far but they are doing great. Very comfortable and great at keeping moisture off my feet. So far so good I am very happy

I bought this as a over the calf sock but it doesn't hold, buyer beware.

Very comparable to darn tough socks. Great product!

Field Sock Review

Great product. The pairs I bought were well constructed, and good quality. They did not slip down like normal wool socks. I used these for a couple of weeks in 10° to 0° weather in both synthetic upper steel toe work boots and rubber muck boots. Kept feet warm and dry from sweat and smell free. I wish I had bought more while they were on sale.
