The Flex is our next evolution in off-body concealed carry, built on the classic waist pack design and optimized for quick firearm access. This one-size-fits-all solution features a proprietary internally adjustable belt, expanding up to 55” for versatile carry options—whether you prefer it as a belt bag or a cross-body pack.
The main compartment measures in at 10” W x 6”H x 3” D to accommodate most-full size frames with lights and optics. The zipper pull of the main compartment is a T-puller, so you can identify and access the zipper quickly and securely.
It comes with a Velcro-in pistol retainer and tourniquet elastic loop, as well as webbing loops in the corners of the main compartment to attach a lanyard or shock cord to accommodate trigger guards. With minimal visible Eberlestock branding and a clean aesthetic, the Flex blends into any environment.

Well constructed but too large to be discrete. The belt should have elastic for better fit. I like your products and would shop again but did not meet my needs on this one
Got this for My wife for Mother’s Day. She had a CCW leather purse and wanted to down size. This worked perfect for her. She can have her side arm and extra mag and a folder knife and light and then plenty of room for her other items. Not as much room or as big as a purse but that’s the point. It just does its job and it does it perfect.
I was hopeful this would fit the bill but I was unfortunately disappointed. Great quality, design, and functionality, but in my opinion, this thing screams, “I have a gun in here”. Plus, the thing is huge. If you’re not concerned about comfortablility and concealment, then this is an otherwise great product.
I haven’t used the Fade Flex for concealed carry yet, but it has been great as a day pack for walking/hiking. It holds everything I need comfortably, and I have no doubt that it will do great packed with a handgun as well.
I was worried about the fit as I have a 28” waist, but the strap adjusts perfectly and any excess length is tucked away in a separate pocket. It’s also been nice to use as a cross-body bag.
