Returns Policy
What is your return policy? - Please Read the Entire Page!
Returns and exchanges are simple and easy! We will accept returns and exchanges within 45 days (from the original purchase date) for issues such as:
- Sizing
- Color/pattern changes
- General dissatisfaction (don’t like it/thought it was something else)
- CLICK HERE TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
For all returns:
Returns MUST be sent in with a label generated from our return portal. To get your return label please use our self-service portal. Once approved you can print off your label and put in on the return package. Return packaging MUST be accompanied by an Eberlestock return label.
Return Conditions:
- We politely request you return items in unused condition and with the original packaging. In some cases, missing tags and bags may result in a 10% restocking fee.
- Items that appear to be used or that have excessive pet hair, odor, or dirt will be returned to the purchaser without a refund.
- We simply cannot accept items that show any visible signs of use.
Non-Returnable/Refundable Items:
- Items that are in the outlet section / discontinued or no longer available.
- Items that are outside of our 45 day return window.
- Items that are not purchased directly through our website (i.e.- items purchased from a dealer like Sportsmans Warehouse.)
- Items purchased through ExpertVoice or Guidefitter
- Items that show any signs of use.
- Items that do not have an Eberlestock issued return label
Take special note of the following:
- All packages being returned must have the RMA number written on the outside of the package.
- All returns undergo manual inspection when delivered to our HQ.
- If the return doesn't meet the criteria defined above, it will be rejected, and the item sent back to you.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or account associated with that method.
- Note: All refunds cover the total item amount and do not include shipping charges.
