Designed with modularity at the forefront, the Recon Modular Bino Harness is based on a chest rig platform that can be scaled up or down depending on your needs with a suite of add-on accessories. It features a magnetic forward pull access to the bino pouch, an easy access large front zipper pocket, and stretch side pockets. Two bino tethers keep your binoculars secure inside. Low profile MOLLE compatible wings and rear panel allow you to securely add Recon pouches and accessories.
I’ve tried numerous different bino harnesses, and this one has exceeded all expectations. I love how comfortable the built in wings are, as well as the harness itself. One of the most underrated features are the pull-forward side straps. These makes it seamless when adding/removing layers and needing to adjust the harness on the fly. No one else in the industry offers these and I can’t go without them now. They are perfect when making adjustments in tight spaces like a deer stand. I highly recommend this harness - it will be the last one I buy.
Exceptional design, great materials, and great construction; as per the other pieces of Eberlestock gear that I own. The attention to detail of the Bino Pack actually surprised me. Little things like elastic straps to hold excess webbing from flapping around loose, to bungee cord holders for tethering your field glasses to the case (including small QD clips) greatly contribute to the five-star rating. (Oh yeah; it also works great when kitted out.)
A simple approach to vital gear accessibility while on the move. My Son is currently studying environmental studies and this involves a lot of field work. He absolutely loved this pack for quick access to Binoculars, camera, note taking and small test tools. We’re about to order accessories to maximize his field study equipment load. Great product!
Just as advertised, this bino set is excellent. I love how it adjusts to my body frame and feels very comfortable. The strap support system keeps everything from moving out of place and does not put stress on my neck. Awesome!
Ordering was easy. Came as described except for 1 missing bino tether. I contacted Eberlestock customer service through their website. Somehow they don’t have the same color in stock. I don’t care about that, and they are sending me a replacement. I do appreciate that they are making the product whole. On my past purchases, shipping has been on the slow side compared to other e-commerce options. This has been the same snail speed. Not really a huge deal. Just know you’ll get great products eventually. Still haven’t seen the replacement tether yet, but I have been notified it’s been shipped. It’s been over a week? I’m confident it will get to me eventually.
Also, the slow shipping will not deter any future purchases. I do really enjoy my well built Eberlestock gear.
