Great Gym Bag

I got this bag to use as a gym bag, and it works great. I plan to also use it as a travel backpack. Throw in a camera cube, and it would be great as a camera bag as well.

I love how it opens, which is a must for using it as a gym bag.

My shoes fit great in the bottom. The little pocket at the top is great for small things: i.e. phone, wallet, keys, snack, earbuds.

Having a laptop pocket is great for easily bringing my laptop and Kindle if I need to do a little work after the gym, which I couldn't really do with a duffel bag.

The build feels really tough.

Lastly, it has some nice webbing on the side, which is great for hooking my gym lock onto.

The hidden water bottle pockets are nice, but small. I imagine a 16oz nalgene would fit nice in there. Usually, I just clip my 28oz shaker bottle onto the siding using a carabiner connected to the webbing.

Overall, this is exactly what I wanted as a gym/travel bag.

Awesome backpack!

I keep buying Apprentice bags

I bought my first Apprentice bag when it went on sale around Christmas 2024. It immediately became my every day bag. When I saw that they moved to the outlet, I had to buy another in Coyote Brown. I let my girl friend borrow one for a trip and she fell in love with it so I had to buy a 3rd in Dry Earth for her. These are well built, utilitarian, and good looking bags. Highly recommend!
