That doesn't mean it doesn't hold tactical things. Ill be buying another.

Outstanding quality. Like it so much I purchased four.

It's a simple backpack. It isn't tactical at all. It doesn't have Molle, or Velcro everywhere, actually nowhere. Simple plain backpack with plenty of space.
