The Flex is our next evolution in off-body concealed carry, built on the classic waist pack design and optimized for quick firearm access. This one-size-fits-all solution features a proprietary internally adjustable belt, expanding up to 55” for versatile carry options—whether you prefer it as a belt bag or a cross-body pack.
The main compartment measures in at 10” W x 6”H x 3” D to accommodate most-full size frames with lights and optics. The zipper pull of the main compartment is a T-puller, so you can identify and access the zipper quickly and securely.
It comes with a Velcro-in pistol retainer and tourniquet elastic loop, as well as webbing loops in the corners of the main compartment to attach a lanyard or shock cord to accommodate trigger guards. With minimal visible Eberlestock branding and a clean aesthetic, the Flex blends into any environment.

This thing is awesome. Fit and finish is impeccable. I'm currently in the process of trying different velcro organizers to better utilize the front compartment. Despite its less tactical look, I've had a few friends say "oh, you brought your gun with you" the first time they saw me wear it. So, maybe not as discrete as we would like to think.

Been wearing this for about a month now. My major gripe with this bag is the buckle. When wearing as a hip pack, there is a high chance the bag will unbuckle as the sides can get pressed between your belt/stomach and your quadricep. A little loop to attach keys in the front pocket would have been easy enough to add I would imagine.

Originally bought a Bando bag, but the fit was very tight with my pistol in it. Returned it for the Fade Flex. Very happy with it so far. Zippers are much easier to open on the Fade Flex when drawing. My only concern is the longevity of the clip on the waist strap. It seems flimsy and is very easy to partially disengage if it catches on your clothing or you bump it. Time will tell.
Just to add to the already great reviews, being able to shrink down the strap to be flush with the bag without having to remove it is awesome. I sometimes wear the pack, sometimes I want to stow it into something else, it's so easy to do both.
