This is the best bino pack I’ve ever owned. It is exactly as eberlestock advertises and then some. You won’t be disappointed!
The recon harness is made to customize for what you want. I put the two side pouches and hand warmer with the pistol piece. I used it this year in Wyoming for the elk hunt it was super comfortable to wear pretty much all day! I would recommend it to anyone!
This is incredibly modular, good price, great retention bungee cables, low vis, and sleek/slimline
This is the best bino harness I've had to date! The versatility is hands down the best. So many molle accessories to choose from and customize it to your own needs. To describe it in one word, "Fantastic!"
I didn’t buy this trash rig to go hunting. I bought it for its multiuse purposes. As a professional Dog Trainer it holds spare leashes, wipes, baggies sprays, and another dog training equipment very well. Better than having a waistband pack around your waist when you’re kneeling down and working a dog consistently. And as I stated, it allows me to have Extra gear on me. That’s not in my way of operating my leash.
The pack will also be used for light, hiking and exercising on the trails. The bass spray holder also doubles as a water container holder, which is great.
A third purpose for this bag is going to be for Surfcasting. I love my surf belt, but at times it tends to slide down the waiters. And limits how deep I might go into waiting in the water. I’ve taken the clear tubes that hold my Surfcasting lures And have fit them to the binocular holder. Works excellent for holding up to 7 inch plugs. The smaller packs work excellent for holding different size diamond jigs, and bucktails. I’m looking forward for trying this out this striped bass season
Holds my nocs and rangefinder as needed. Quieter than a mouse with those magnet attachments. Buy you one today
The Bino Pack straps easily adjust to fit needs required by additional layers. My Zeiss 10x50 binoculars fit easily and the magnetic lid is a nice touch to keep moisture and dust out quietly. The modularity allows adding or removing the rangefinder pouch, utility pouch, and handwarmer easily depending on conditions. The straps aren't elastic, so they won't wear out over time. Two opportunities:
1. Make the rangefinder pouch lid cover more of the opening to protect against rain, snow, and dust just like the bino pouch.
2. The Recon Rain Fly needs an attachment strap allowing the cover to attach to binoculars or another connection point so it doesn't become detached. The pouch that contains it has a strap, but the rain cover does not.
