Great bag - holds and organizes all my basecamp gear (spares, butchering/hanging meat, repairs, fishing, etc.) and clothes for a week plus of vehicle/cabin-based big game hunting in any weather, save my rifle and backpacks. Using a lever action or a short muzzleloader I could fit the gun too, and with some rearranging ditto my X2 or mainframe though probably not both. That leaves cooler, food, water, and tent external to the bag. A CVA MR .50 (25" barrel) will fit diagonally; a full size bolt action will not. The only minor improvements I can see making are slightly longer radius on the corner zippers and beefier zippers generally, mesh organizer pockets inside all the side pouches not just the middle ones, and a more robust connection between the internal dividers (which could also use mesh organizers on them) and the inside walls of the bag. An end 20% scabbard retractable popout for the muzzle of a longer rifle might be feasible, but limited in audience. I'd buy another today, for a family wildfire-evac bug out bag, if they weren't sold out.
