Easy to use , just like i wanted , it’s an addition to clip my Vapor 5000 over a quarter of animal on my F-1 with out sacrificing the compression feature of the Vapor.

Ordered these buckles to replace the buckles on a transformer pack to match up with the new buckles on the mainframe. Worked great.

Nice to have spare parts and the buckles are the same great quality that came with my mainframe pack.

I bought a half dozen of these field repair buckles to add onto my F1 mainframe. That way I can strap meat and a Vapour bag down at the same time directly to the frame. I was happy to get it in the dry earth colour to match up nicely. They are a little noisy and shiny like most buckle sets. I remedied that with some camo hockey stick tape in just the right spots. Getting the female buckles onto the mainframe loops was a heck of a chore. It took me over an hour to get all 6 attached using needle nose pliers, and it was a miracle that I didn’t slice my hand open doing it. Don’t even think about doing this with cold, wet or arthritic hands in the field. Do it in your living room under good light well before your hunt. Personally, I would prefer to see a double pin buckle set from Eberlestock, but of course, you would need the right screwdriver with you.

Only problem is that the replacements don’t work with the original buckles. I had to modify one of the ends to fit with existing end still on the pace. I just expected them to be the same part.

Perfect for expedited field repair of strap buckle and snap-ends. This kit will also facilitate additional strap points on molle gear. Next step for this kit is to add some tri-glides.

I bought the buckles for my alice bag, best 12$ I've spent on a mod or uografe..

I used these to replace the metal adjusters on the two main straps on my medium ALICE pack. Cut the originals off, and these fit right on.

Work well as designed. Really need the locks on buckle to keep tensioned but that’s the buckle design.
