Hi, I ordered from France in 2022, as you can see on the adress, I never got to see my order when I was in the French Military for 3 years. I hope I'll get an answer for this because I spent almost 600 euros on that spent. Very disappointed also by FedEx which didn't delivered in the correct adress as you can see: Winterville, US: I live in Southern France.

Hope you guys will do something, at the time I didn't bother because I was in a rush within military stuff, hope Eberlestock will do something about that.

It is a solid piece of equipment. I've tested it with everything I could think of, and it stays competent. Rain tarp works incredibly well for humidity and rain.
Straps are amazing and do not loosen or sway. Storage space is incredible, as everything could be modified to have maximum or minimum area for packing. It is massive. It is extremely comfortable. Running with it, even with a heavy load (when adjusted properly) feels bearable, and almost seems like a part of your body.
Overall, it is a great product for everything you require of a great rucksack.

5 Years Enlisted Army NG Infantry, soon to commission Mechanized Infantry. As an Infantryman, your Ruck is your house. It's an important investment. The USGI ruck is unfortunately wholly insufficient, and it's common for Enlisted and Officer alike to consider a privately purchased Rucksack. I previously tried Tasmanian Tiger, and have looked into Mystery Ranch, but the Eberlestock Terminator fits my needs more perfectly than any other rucksack ever has.

Pros:
-Plenty of space
-Good seperate compartments to aid in organization
-Separate back compartment for water bladder, gun sleeve
-Comfortable. Feels like the "I used to drive a cadillac, now I pack it on my back" cadence come true.

Cons:
-Needs more velcro on the exterior for Identifier/Morale patches. I bought patch panels from Patch panel and Molle'd them to the top and front of the ruck
-Very rigid molle webbing on the back of the ruck (Where you can adjust the height of harness system) can dig into your back
-A bit taller than USGI ruck, can sometimes cant to a side if not precisely balanced

They make the best products. I own the bandit, the switchblade and the terminator. Haven’t received something from eberlestock that i don’t love!

Honestly I was put on to this bag by Escape from Tarkov, and finally purchased it prior to being deployed. The internal pouches are a good size, for clothing and other items, with only the center pouch being optimal for larger items. I could fit 2 pairs of size 14 boots in the middle pouch, and tons of clothes in either side pouch, as well as the zippered pouches on either side. The outside pouches on the front are very well proportioned as well, with a seemingly purpose built helmet and earpro bottom pouch and a first aid kit pouch on that flap. The solid frame is also very well designed and performs as you would expect it to. The inbuilt water shield is also a huge bonus.

Some of the outstanding features are the quality of the zipper pull tabs, the amount of padding around the hips and back and the molle. Holy smokes there's so much molle.

The best part, and the part I used literally every day, was the claymore pouch literally detaching and become a waist bag. People definitely comment about the fanny pack, but it is the most expensive, and probably best, fanny pack you will ever use.

I left a star off because dealing with customer service was rough. They were quick enough to respond and mostly polite, but they were unhelpful, as once the pack had crossed the border, I was left in the dark, as no tracking information was updated, and it appeared as though the pack was stuck in Toronto for a week, causing panic where I had to reach out on my own accord to several organizations to receive an update. This is uncalled for when purchasing a pack of this caliber and price.

Otherwise, I'd recommend, and I'd buy it again.

Waited for this pack to go on sale for a long time. The wait was worth it. Love this thing.

First impressions is this bag is built tough took on a few rucks with me no pain all gain lots of storage so much that I still have pockets left over excited to take this thing with me on deployment!!!!

This is a great pack, as a GRUNT I see the field alot I was skeptical at first but after a few tries and fitting this pack is amazing. It's got plenty of space and the incorporation of MOLLE webbing inside is amazing. Sometimes I forget it's there because of how many places you can hide stuff in. 5/5 The fit and appearance of this bag is beautiful I will be buying more products from Eberlestock in the near future. Sustainability is important to me and I was able to finally square that away with this bag, a big recommendation to my GRUNTS.

This, like all my other 8 packs/bags from Eberlestock are built well... Wish it had the side handles like my Operator pack has, just thought it did but was mistaken... No big deal, but it would have been a nice added feature... Overall no complaints and look forward to packing my entire hammock sleep system in it... It was in my Destroyer bag, haven't tried yet, but may get the sleeping bag in there as well, The terminator will have a bit more extra space for things... I use these packs as more of a grab and go set up VS strapping to your back and hiking, though this would be pretty easy with this set up... Not to heavy... Look forward to getting it all set up and getting out there....

The Terminator backpack is the best pack I've purchased.

Holds almost everything I need for 4-5 days in the field. Wish the top drawstring cover opened a little bit wider. Otherwise awesome sustainment pack, may upgrade to the XL later.

After receiving the pack bigger than I thought, I have many uses for it. Great design fits nice shoulder straps, hip belt definitely a plus.

Decided to give this pack a try for an upcoming course. AMWS allows non Army issued gear so I figured this was a good opportunity. When the pack first arrived, I was slightly nervous it wouldn’t have enough space to fit everything a large frame issued ruck would fit. Once I messed around with straps and testing out what gear would work best in which pouch/compartment. I was presently surprised at the amount of gear I was able to efficiently pack into the bag, and not have to dump the whole bag to get to things at the bottom or in the center of the pack. I only had about 60-70lbs of gear and equipment max in the pack for the course. It felt good while rucking. Carried well while on rough ground and sat high/slim to the body for Mountainous terrain. I can’t wait to use this pack for more things.

Amazing pack

Pros: The frame makes this one of the most comfortable rucksacks you could ever use.
If you are a tall person, the ruck sack doesn't dig into you back or over sway. It makes unbalanced loads pretty bearable and feels light. The material is tough, water resistant, and light (sort of). Lastly, it focuses on being a modular rucksack.
Cons:The frame makes it heavy, and yes, this contradicts the pro. But the frame adds a good amount of weight, and you can take it out and change it for lighter ones. Just don't the frame is the best for it, and it's worth the extra weight.
The opening is terrible and downright, insulting that it doesn't expand or even stretch a bit. If you need to load a sleeping bag in it, be ready to possibly rip the lining in the mouth of the ruck. The zippers to access the inside sometimes pop open when you put stuff in, and also zippers to get into the bag are dumb, I hardly use them and wish they weren't there. Overall its agood replacement for the standard issue ruck

I haven't figured out the all the buckles, pockets, harnesses(And harness system adjustments), straps, velcros, mesh, flaps, panels, slots, sleeves, pouchs, zippers, molle , and hidden pockets yet... But it has all of those and ALOT of them.
Pack-YO-bag! I have 3 days worth of gear for all seasons except change of boots in this bad boy. It even fits (while uncomfortably and using multilid strap down method) a large heavy down canvas, wide sleeping bag.. definitely not going to keep it in that, but IT FIT.

The Terminator said "I'll be back" but if he had this bag, he probably wouldn't have to

The best rucksack ever

I have only taken this pack on one trip and one ruck march so far, but I am very happy. It is very comfortable, fits everything I need, and the layout of the various pouches and zippers is well thought out. Happy with my purchase so far.
