Very well built with sturdy zippers. Only carried it a few times, but I’m very pleased so far!
Love it even more than i thought i would.
I am very happy with the purchase of the switchblade. I use it as a daily office bag and have received tons of comments on the quality and build of the bag. Highly recommend!
I've had my switchblade for a little over a month now and I cant say enough about it. I regularly walk through the city from the parking deck to work, which is a little over 1/4 mile each way, and the switchblade rides great. The additional knowledge of what is in the concealed carry pocket is why I got the pack especially for those late night walks back to my car. The multiple pockets provide plenty of storage to include my laptop, extra screen, and notebooks. Ive used it twice now as a day pack on a longer hike as well and the harness system kept it comfortable on the 6 mile hike.
Very Pricey but worth it
Pros: The size and weight of this pack are great. It’s rugged and feels like it will last forever. It’s also extremely comfortable to wear around. Cons: Since this is a CCW pack, I would’ve loved to see some hook (or loop) on the back side of the concealed carry compartment for a modular holster. The surface towards the front of the pack is velco-ish but I’m not sure that’s what it was actually designed for and it would require an opposite-hand holster which is strange. Second, the dividers in the main compartment of the pack are kind of bulky and other than using them for a laptop and/or documents, I’m not sure what they’re good for. Would’ve preferred if that dividers were removable. It’s overkill on an otherwise great bag.
Has good capacity and organization I love using it and have no problem with any aspect of this well made and completely functional product.
Although I did not get the switchblade to use as most people will intend on using it, it has held up nicely to the rough world of the railroad. Big fan of the interior size, and sturdy build of the backpack. Fits everything I need, while still having space to accommodate more. Would also be an AMAZING SHTF bag for all you preppers out there
I must admit, it is slightly bigger than I thought. I've mostly used it going on hikes in the canyons and going to the range. Fits snuggly and feels good to wear, has good padding.
I'm honestly very happy with the purchase, and I'll thank my friend for introducing me to Eberlestock! Definitively will see if they've got what I'm looking for next time I'm in the market.
I will say one thing, I wish there was a hip belt option included, just a strap or something. It would make it just that little bit better when I am hiking.
This is one of the most versatile packs available.
Places for everything needed without being too large.
Can't beat the concealment compartment for quick, clean access. Top quality products from a great manufacturer.
