Our Cascade Performance Tee delivers the technical requirements for mountain adventure - moisture management, sun protection, multisport versatility - and it does so in a lightweight polyester fabric that has a natural, cotton-like feel. How to Measure

Sleeve:
With elbow at 90 degrees, measure from the center of the back of your neck, over your shoulder, around your elbow to the middle of the back of your hand.

Chest:
With arms in a relaxed position at sides, measure circumference around the fullet part of your chest.

Waist:
Measure circumference around the narrowest part of your waist.

Hip:
Measure circumference atound the fullest point of your hip / seat.

Inseam:
Measure from your crotch to the point of your ankle bone.

Perfect shirt for a lift, run, hike, or early season hunting in AZ. Best performance synthetic I’ve found. Wish they wouldn’t discontinue as I did not buy enough in black for everyday gym.

I have written a review on the Cascade shirts and hoodies that I have but just want to add to it after purchasing more recently. Absolutely excellent (short sleeve, long sleeve, and hoodie) gear to wear and just wish the shirts came in a couple more colors (navy and something else). I wear them nearly every day right now as my most comfortable and functional setup on the top. Typically starting the day with a short sleeve and a hoodie in the spring weather.

Nice shirt but

I like the shirt but they are small. It is hard to find a company that makes mens sizes. Everyone makes these skinny items. 5'10" 195, tight in chest, armpit and arms. XL are always long and huge in belly. Have to give them away.

The Cascade has become one of my favorite performance shirts!

I bought a couple of Cascade shirts a few months back, and I liked them so much I’ve come back and bought more! Perfect weight shirt for my active lifestyle. I also love the cut. I have a more athletic build, and these fit my shoulders/arms better than a lot of active shirts that try to cut the circulation off at the armpit. Will be buying more!
