Our Cascade Performance Long Sleeve delivers the technical requirements for mountain adventure adventure - moisture management, sun protection, multisport versatility - and it does so in a lightweight polyester fabric that has a natural, cotton-like feel.     Sleeve:
    With elbow at 90 degrees, measure from the center of the back of your neck, over your shoulder, around your elbow to the middle of the back of your hand.

    Chest:
    With arms in a relaxed position at sides, measure circumference around the fullet part of your chest.

    Waist:
    Measure circumference around the narrowest part of your waist.

    Hip:
    Measure circumference atound the fullest point of your hip / seat.

    Inseam:
    Measure from your crotch to the point of your ankle bone.

    I wanted something similar to the hooded version that would perform well when the sun beating down wasn't an issue. This Cascade long sleeve performance shirt fit the bill perfectly.     Good Base Layer

    I wore one of these almost every day this winter. Comfortable and does its job as a base layer. Doesn’t get clammy or stick and bunch up when sweaty. I could do without the drop tail but if you tuck it in, you may prefer it. I prefer to just wear it untucked like a regular shirt, so it’s a little longer than it needs to be.
