Use the Sustainment Pouch to add about 3 liters capacity to our packs. Use them for additional gear storage, or when paired with our hydration bladders, they’re a great way to externally mount hydration on a pack so that the bladder is easily accessible. MOLLE compatible, it can mount to a variety of bags and platforms using our dual speed fasteners, including our EMOD™ System and Recon. The Sustainment Pouch is perfectly sized for our 3L hydration unit and has a pass-through port for a hose. A cross-woven shock cord keeper allows you to secure smaller items (like a 2L bladder) or stow quick-access items on the outside as well.
  • Dimensions: 12”H x 6.5”W x 3”D  Weight: 5.5 oz.
  • Attaches to any EMOD™ compatible pack or frame
  • Attaches to the back of our Recon Harness for Hydration Carry
  • MOLLE compatible with dual speed fasteners
  • Ideal for an extra bladder (fits 3L Source®) or additional gear

Great Minimalist Add-on

Durable construction and just the right size for the few extra things you may need 'just in case.'

Well built pouch

Nice, well built pouch. It attaches easily to my bags and has held up well so far to a small series of tests and drops/throws.

Good economical pouch

Color matches my Oakley pack perfectly. Super lightweight pouch, yet feels nice n durable. Nice rip stop material with stretchy fabric on the sides. The buckle closure is secure, but the flap cover does make me worried about smaller things falling out if I were to drop the bag or something like that.

Could be better

I used 2 of the pouches. One for extra gear on my Warhammer, and one for a 2L bladder. I had a pretty built out kit with the Warhammer, G1 Little Brother, Multi lid, Lg padded pouch, and 2 sustainment pouches. I carried 58 lbs on a backpacking trip. They worked great . The only reason for 3 stars is the “quick attach” straps. Same straps used on the small padded pouch. When I had my pack set up I gave it a little tug test and was able to release one of the straps. I didn’t have any problems on the trail, but I just didn’t feel real confident in the straps. I would prefer buckles like most of Eberlestock’s other add ons

I picked this up to use with my recon on the back panel to carry emergency gear. Fits great, works well for the purpose, but isn't so big that I can over stuff it.
