When speed and security are valued over all else, the Large Rip Away Pouch takes a step up in size with the same deployment method for larger kit and equipment, or purely an increase in organizational real estate. The large internal compartment is built to accommodate several configurations and tools, making this one of our most customizable accessory pouches yet.
Like the name suggests, this pouch can be secured or removed quickly thanks to a strong Molle mounting panel and robust velcro backing.

Great medkit. I wish it fit better on the assault pack which has 3 columns of molle while the kit has 4 columns, so its not centered, but you can move the kit on the velcro to center it on the pack. Fits everything I would want for my hunt with no issue.
Great bag for a large IFAK
Just like every other Eberlestock product I own. Very well made!
Very fast shipping even to ak
Very great could use at lest one small pocket to put some small stuff in but a great pouch other than that
Used in conjunction with my HIghspeed II. Perfect fit allowing, easy access to to first aid needs.
I got this for a day trip option instead of packing a whole med kit I take on long trips. Its a great size for those trips that could be a bit adventureous as it holds much more than a few band-aids and gauze like some of the smaller pouches.
FYI, I bought this to pair with my bandit pack, which it will, though this pouch is a bit wider than the pack. I do wish it had a way to mount it vertically, not just horizontally. I'd have more functionallity then. It will still function well despite this.
The size and inside organisation is perfect for what it is intended to be!
I personally use it as a quick access triage pouch on my mission medic bag, with TQs, field medical cards, pens, emergency blankets and in case of a junctional bleeding would still be alive at the second look, a combat gauze, a compressed gauze and a compressive bandage.
It all fits perfect in a really quick access pouch
It works just fine piggy backing onto both my ruck and aid bag. While the set up is organized and thought out i thought the bag would be a little bigger in depth, just a little tight with my airway kit inside. Overall recommend this for a jump bag
Customers praised this well-made pouch for its ample space, quick rip-away access, and versatile mounting options. "Very well made," customers noted. Some mentioned it doesn't fit perfectly centered on certain packs and wished for additional pockets for small items. Most appreciated the organizational layout and durable construction for medical gear.
I needed a small rip-away first aid kit bag. I have large trauma bags but wanted something I could mount to my molle panel in my Jeep that I use for disaster response. I just wanted the basics for minor boo boos. This bag fits the purpose perfectly. It's mounted to my overhead molle panel and with the quick rip-away feature is easily accessed when needing small first aid supplies.

Amazing gear!
Great quality. Pouch is secure to base and mounts easily. I wanted a larger trauma pouch for my belt to lessen gear protrusion.
I got this pouch for my Romad pack. I wanted an extra pouch and a kit I could build with first aid supplies. To date I have use it three times either for myself or others. It is easy to organize. Hold a good number of supplies. Very accessible. So easy to just rip off when you do not need it.
Great pouch! Has lots of space for medical supplies
Top quality
I Love this first aid kid. It is exactly what I was looking for. It holds ample amount of medical gear and supplies and it fits on my battle belt. Thank You, Elberlestock!!! ❤️
Fits perfect on my pack
Thoughtfully designed and versatile. Instead of admin pockets that limit placement of items, the pouch is a large open space with optional organization elastic bands for placement/retention of items.
Build quality and materials are excellent.
I have been using the layout with 2 large and 2 small medical pouches and they have been fantastic. I love how versatile they are with the anchor panel. I have been using them to hold medical and other essential mission equipment for my TDYs and sometimes have just been slapping them inside the assault pack when I don't need the whole lot. Really awesome stuff Eberlestock. Keep this kind of ingenuity up!
The Cro med we have at home. Does a lot right, and only a couple annoyances.
Pros: space for all of MAR and extras. Easy to operate and stow without looking.
Cons: limited customization. Ranger green is different shade of any other Ranger green i own.
If you want a belt kit that’ll fit advanced interventions, this will fit it.
So far so good. Doesn't hold as much as I am required to have in my FAK , but honestly those items should probably be positioned for ease of access (TQ, flashlight, etc) and or in a separate spot for using on others vs using on yourself.
This medical pouch is just not a medical pouch. The rip-away feature allows it to be carried and used many different ways.
1. Attached to my ruck, during S&R events
2. Attached to a chest rig for access during high angle mountain rescue events
3. Filled with snacks to keep my 12 yr old twins moving down the trail
( They like being able to pull it off dad’s ruck, pull out the snacks they want
and then stick it back on)
I’m sure as time goes on I’ll find additional uses for it. I do wish we could purchase a second mounting panel. Thereby increasing the easy by which the pouch can be moved between gear.
Well designed purpose built and modular, I only have one bitch, pockets. For things like chest seals and what not. I realize it’s not supposed to be a full on med bag but I like having protective places for things like chest seals and the like. I want to know exactly where they are In the dark. Still, a most excellent product my dudes…if the troops ain’t bitchin they ain’t happy!
Oh and thank you ‘Americas patriots across the nation for restoring my faith! I was starting to wonder there for a while…but…damn impressive!
All the equipment in your company is of excellent quality
The rip-away feature has broad application, not just to medical supplies.
I’ve been planning on putting this on my USMC FILBE Assault Pack. My pack is a little faded, should I get the coyote brown or dry earth color?
Coyote was made for USMC. I would go with that unless you are running an FDE or tan pack.
Would this fit on the rear molle of the Bandit pack or is it too big?
This would not fit as the pouch is too long.
The Large Rip-Away Medical Pouch is likely too wide to fully and securely fit on the Bandit Pack’s laser-cut MOLLE panel, as the pouch surpasses the panel's width. If you're looking for better compatibility, consider the Small Rip-Away Medical Pouch (approx. 4.75″ W) for a better fit.

A small pack with lots of space!
Best for long days in the mountains !
Finally made the decision to upgrade to a mainframe II and a Brooks 3500 bundle. Had used a bandit and a brute scout for day packs but wanted a little more room, capability and carrying capacity. Would highly recommend going with a mainframe and a compatible pack. Love the construction and load capability. Intend to use for hunting and competitive shooting like PRS and NRL. May not be the best choice for each scenario but I believe that this is a great all around choice. Looking to add more emod components in the future for more specific applications. Would definitely buy again.
Surprisingly warm for how light/thin it is. Been wearing this as exterior layer in the low 50's and it's been almost too warm at times. Thumb holes are great touch for when I use it as a mid layer. Only thing I'd like to have are pockets for my hands, but otherwise a perfectly warm, comfy and super packable hoody.
Great harness I own two now a small and a large. Works like it’s supposed to and comfortable to wear all day.
Super comfortable, great mobility and durable. Awesome pants for outdoor and range work
I am very pleased with these gloves
Once you get used to the feel they do everything I need them to do
I’d buy them again
great little bag for small misc. firearm tools.
Fits perfect
I bought 2 of these, one for me and one for my wife, for a trip to Italy. They worked great and the fact that they zip open like a duffle bag was a game changer. So nice to not have to dig through everything to get to the middle of the pack. They also had a ton of cool features like the elastic pockets of different sizes inside the pack down the sides of the inside of the pack. Worked flawlessly in checked luggage on planes, jammed into bins on trains, in the trunk of rental cars and taxis and even running blocks in the pouring rain.
Thank you for a great product!
I have an Osprey Exos 58 pack. Osprey built a fantastic pack but then put a lightweight hip belt on it. I hand-stitched the Eberlestock padded belt to the Exos 58. It really transfers the weight to my hips.
Mes jumelles Vortex Fury 5000 rentrent parfaitement et l'ergonomie est idéale. Il y a de la place pour accrocher un porte-chargeur, mettre son kestrel, des piles, etc
Nice bag. Exactly what I needed. I bought these for travel to pack wet shoes, dirty clothes and what not.
