Great bags! Will be buying more
I bought the medium last year just before an antelope hunt. Worked great for the back straps and loins. So I got the large this year for an upcoming elk hunt. Just for some odds and ends. It’s well built, feels good in your hands, doesn’t feel cheap. Can’t wait to use them both this year.
Fast shipping and looks good

Really like all the loopholes for tie off for straps I’d like to see an x large if you guys every build one I would 100 percent buy
The quality looks good, but the size L is much smaller than expected. In my opinion, it can hold at most two deer hind legs, and it’s possible that even two won’t fit.
I haven’t had a chance to use em yet but I really like the design and the material. They’re lightweight and seem to be well made.
Excellent quality
Customers praised the bags as lightweight, durable, and well-constructed with excellent breathability. Many noted "well made" quality and easy cleanup. However, sizing concerns emerged: some found large bags "much smaller than expected" and struggled fitting elk quarters. Customers requested XL options for bigger game.
- Best game bags hands down - lighter than any others, very breathable and keeps meat clean
- My new go-to game bag. Well designed, rugged and light
- Light and easy to pack. Clean up very nice after use! Love them!

Excellent quality
Bought two of the larges for elk hunting. Would be lucky to get 1 boned out rear quarter in it. Probably couldn’t fit an entire boned out rear quarter off a big bull. Pics for the large are very misleading to its size. Make an XL that’s at least 50% bigger than the large. Very disappointed with the size, but quality is what you’d expect from eberlestock. Just wish it was bigger.
My new go-to game bag. Well designed, rugged and light
Currently stocking up for future hunts. Love how light weight and tough the bags feel
Should be larger, should not be made of plastic
Wow great
I haven't used it yet. It appears to be everything y'all said it was.
Fortunately got to put it to use and it did the job.
Quality looks great and strong. Haven't used them yet, but I believe they will do what is intended.
EMOD Boned Out Game Bag
The bags are great quality. The only draw back is they are too small. I shot an elk two days ago and one blackstrap filled a bag. I did only have the medium sized ones. I’m not sure what animal would fit in it. Even a small deer would be to big.
Looks well constructed, we'll see when a full load of meat tests the stitching. Haven't tried it yet, elk season starts here in under 2 months!
Light and easy to pack. Clean up very nice after use! Love them!
This large bag holds a daily limit of ducks and keeps separated from the rest of my packed gear on a long hike through the cattails. Durable, lightweight and solid construction. Need to pick up a couple more!
Can't wait to use them!

Great quality but pricey
Good quality but pricey
Game bag worked out great just wish it was a little bit bigger but awesome
I've bought cheep to expensive bags these are the best.
- lighter than any others
- very breathable and keeps meat clean
- handles and loops make it easy to secure to pack
These things are tiny. …. I’ll be lucky to fit a skinned bunny into it. Super disappointed . Time to sell my eberlestock pack and move on to a different manufacturer
We are sorry to hear about your experience with the game bags. Not sure why that would stop you from using our packs! I will admit, I thought they seemed small too until I used them in production and the field. If you stuff the bag with a pillow it will show how large they can expand to. Using the medium on a deer already this year, it held the back straps, tenderloins, rib trim, and neck trim with plenty of room to spare. Then the other one, it held both shoulders de boned as well! I hope you will give them a chance and find success. Otherwise we can certainly help you with a return before you use them. Let us know!
Excellent product, I have no complaints about any products from Eberlestock. Well-made.
