The Flex is our next evolution in off-body concealed carry, built on the classic waist pack design and optimized for quick firearm access. This one-size-fits-all solution features a proprietary internally adjustable belt, expanding up to 55” for versatile carry options—whether you prefer it as a belt bag or a cross-body pack.
The main compartment measures in at 10” W x 6”H x 3” D to accommodate most-full size frames with lights and optics. The zipper pull of the main compartment is a T-puller, so you can identify and access the zipper quickly and securely.
It comes with a Velcro-in pistol retainer and tourniquet elastic loop, as well as webbing loops in the corners of the main compartment to attach a lanyard or shock cord to accommodate trigger guards. With minimal visible Eberlestock branding and a clean aesthetic, the Flex blends into any environment.

Good use of space, however sling belt kind of short. Unable to adjust longer.
I wear this like a sling bag and it holds my XDS 9mm comfortably. I’m able to carry my other pocket cargo in the bag allowing me to conceal carry and keep the shorts up in the summer. I’m not a small man, the strap is just long enough for it to land right but it would be nice if the strap could be unhooked internally to add length or allow adding something to limit slip as this bag likes to move if not loaded down. With that critique, this bag does exactly what it says it will do, all while blending in and not looking like I play a little too much Call Of Duty.
Nice bag. Have not used it for a handgun - more of a med kit - but the size and adjustable strap make it a functional bag one can wear either around the waist of across the torso.

Love the zippers but one of the corner prevents a quick zip. Had to work the zipper through ..... Hopefully it will get better as yhe material stretches.... Fabric material is very good quality, design is very well thought of.
Ive had quite a few fanny/sling bags from all of the big names. This is my favorite. Design and quality is as you would expect from Eberlestock, fantastic. The Fade Flex fits whatever gun you want to put in the ccw pocket (for me a sig xmacro and a spare mag), and it fits a surprising ammount of gear. I have a full med kit, tourniquet, lock pick set (for my job), basic otc meds, and allll the edc gear a father needs. And it all fits perfectly. Could not be happier. This is my 3rd Eberlestock bag, and i know where ill be going for the 4th, and so on. These guys nail it. Highly recommend.
I have a box full of hip packs. Use them for local walks (hey, at 75, I have graduated from “runner” to “walker”), and also for frequent visits to trails in the state and national parks and trout streams. “All” I wanted was a simple hip pack that would hold my wallet, phone, keys, small light, and my CC pistol and extra mag. Fingers crossed, I bought the Fade Flex sight unseen. It has turned out to be perfect, the “Goldilocks” size bag I’ve searched for. Quality is superb, and it has the added advantage of serving as a small sling bag. Great design, great execution.
