WINNER: BEST OVERALL BINOCULAR HARNESS
"The consensus pick as the top binocular harness in our field, the Eberlestock Recon offers excellent binocular protection, but its main asset is the ease with which accessories attach to the base unit.

The base Recon does its job, carrying and protecting a binocular, with style and ease, and is one of the best all-around binocular harnesses our testers have ever encountered." - Outdoor Life

Modular Bino Pack

This is the best bino pack I’ve ever owned. It is exactly as eberlestock advertises and then some. You won’t be disappointed!

Best bino harness I have used!

The recon harness is made to customize for what you want. I put the two side pouches and hand warmer with the pistol piece. I used it this year in Wyoming for the elk hunt it was super comfortable to wear pretty much all day! I would recommend it to anyone!

Best Harness I have seen

This is incredibly modular, good price, great retention bungee cables, low vis, and sleek/slimline

Hands down the best

This is the best bino harness I've had to date! The versatility is hands down the best. So many molle accessories to choose from and customize it to your own needs. To describe it in one word, "Fantastic!"

Good fit wish it was a different material inside so the binocular rubber coating doesn’t get snagged but that’s getting really like specific it’s a great binocular harness.

Fits common binoculars nicely. Wide weight bearing straps help reduce those rub points that get uncomfortable over the course of a day.

The closure opening from the chest outward and stowing itself is convenient, quiet, and reduces a lot of extra movement.

Very Functional

Overall the harness is very good, Love the flap opening and binos slide in and out very easily. The pouches are easy to attach, and are tucked in nicely out of the way of a bow string. Harness is easy to adjust etc... Few small issues I've found: The harness left shoulder strap does not stay tight, this makes the right side holding most of the weight after a couple hours slightly uncomfortable. Second, the cord attaching the binoculars to the bottom of the harness is a bit short, I'm only 5'11 and there is constant tension pulling the binos down when actually using the binos. Third, the straps to attach the binos to the cord DO NOT stay in the buckles, not a big deal I just put a few stiches of thread threw and it held nicely.
