I really appreciated all the updates and receiving my item in a timely manner.

I have been using an eberlestock packs for 10+ years. The build quality and longevity is unparalleled. I have recently purchased a few different packs to build up some specific function mission ready platforms.
My first impression of the phantom is the same build quality I have come to expect with some unique features that I can't wait to try out.

The Phantom Pack is an outstanding pack, I have the original gunslinger from Eberlestock and wanted a slightly larger jump bag. The Phantom Pack has completely surprised my expectations. If you are even considering this pack I would highly recommend it.

Great gear bag for snipers. Awesome pocket layout compared to the Gunslinger II. The tripod pocket could be a little bigger. Fits the rifle perfectly.

Very high quality perfect gun carry bag

I’ve been using the Phantom for about a month now. Some of my immediate notes are as follows…

The tripod pocket is not quite long enough. With that being the case, there could be a cover, similar to the but stock cover, that would cover the top of the tripod.
The tripod retention is not sufficient, or I’m using it wrong. Wrapped around one leg the tripod almost slides all the way out.
Like my old Gunslinger II, the interior pouch could use about .5 in extension in width. My PVS 27’s in a pouch barely fit.
I do like the exterior pouches. The exterior is much simpler.
The bag seems well constructed and thought out. It’s similar to the Gunslinger II, but different in better ways.

I was expecting the sac itself to have shoulder strap, and there is no compatible strap available for retail sell either
