As a retired paratrooper, this is the type of gear that I wished I had when I was in the Army. Eberlestock gear is light years ahead of the rucksacks and buttpacks that were issued to us in 1972. We were issued two waterproof bags which were used to store our sleeping bag in and the other to store shaving gear and undergarments in. Would have been better if I had the pouches, multipacks, grid bags and rucks that Eberlestock offers. The LARGE GENERAL POUCH is great for compartmentizing gear. Makes it easy for me to carry and organize my EDC gear. I plan on obtaining more gear such as the multipack (looks a lot like the buttpacks we were issued). You guys should be producing gear for the US Army. Great Job!!!

Travel bag
I ordered a medium & large. I have used the medium as a travel kit bag which isn't perfect but is better than most of the bulky travel bags that look good but in the end everything gets dumped into one compartment anyway.
These bags are very light weight. hang easily, and hold more than you think.

Large General Purpose Pouch
Pouch works great. Takes up 4 Rows of MOLLE Webbing on the Hip Belt (the F1 Hipbelt has 5 rows available). I was concerned about the lack of a “snap” to terminate the connection but the pouch has stayed in place great and I have put it to the test.
