The Flex is our next evolution in off-body concealed carry, built on the classic waist pack design and optimized for quick firearm access. This one-size-fits-all solution features a proprietary internally adjustable belt, expanding up to 55” for versatile carry options—whether you prefer it as a belt bag or a cross-body pack.

The main compartment on the standard-sized Fade Flex measures in at 10” W x 6”H x 3” D to accommodate most full-size frames with lights and optics.  The zipper pull of the main compartment is a T-puller, so you can identify and access the zipper quickly and securely.

It comes with an elastic hook-and-loop pistol retainer and elastic tourniquet loop, as well as webbing loops in the corners of the main compartment to attach a lanyard or shock cord to accommodate trigger guards. With minimal visible Eberlestock branding and a clean aesthetic, the Flex blends into any environment.

Eberlestock Quality, but lacks quality engineering

The good:
The build quality seems sufficient and what I would expect from Eberlestock. The materials are of good quality and build seems overall durable.
I carry a Glock 43x with a Holosun 507c in a kydex holster with velcro attached to the body-facing side, and the fit is perfect (not too bulky in the bag and not too much extra room to spare).
The negative:
The strap on the bag is linear and parallel to the bag itself. For a cross-body bag, this prevents an ergonomic fit from being achievable over the shoulder. The bag will attempt to twist away from the chest and will slightly dig into the shoulder unevenly due to the uneven medial/lateral load of the strap over the shoulder. I plan to add a tac-stitch or restitch the fixed-side of the strap (the top side in this picture {bag sits over left shoulder for a right-hand draw}) to achieve the corrected angle. The need for modification could have been eliminated in design by adjusting the angle that the fixed-side of the strap is stitched to the bag. Consequently, this would cause a need for there to be a “left-handed” and “right-handed version of the bag, and might have been economically disadvantaged in manufacturing. This may have been discussed by the engineering team during development, but regardless, I would prefer to not have to modify a product with the Eberlestock price tag.

I will upload a youtube video if I complete the modification.

Fantastic product!

I added a few iron-on national park patches and now it just looks like a normal fanny pack. Fits my Glock 43x with a Streamlight TLR 8 HLX and a Holosun 507C on it perfectly. I made a loop out of some double-sided Velcro to help it stay in place. The handle on the main zipper makes it very quick to open and draw the pistol.

Terrible Buckle Sucks!

This pack wpuld be great if it weren't for the terrible buckle, it sucks, really. Eberlestock couldn't have selected a cheaper buckle on the planet, and it is difficult to clasp be ause you must have it in absolute perfect alignment to get it connected. Very disappointing considering Eberlestocks reputation.

I absolutely love this bag!

I had originally bought a bag a few years ago from a competitor company and it was nice. However I never felt like I could get what I wanted to carry in it. This bag has plenty of room for everything I want to carry. As well as it doesn’t draw un wanted attention. The hidden strap/adjustment is a really nice touch. All around it’s a great option.

Awesome little Everyday hip pack (fanny pack)

The pack is great. Holds my Hellcat with holster and still has a ton of space for everything else I want to carry like keys and wallet and nic nacs without it looking like a fat kid at a candy shop spilling at the seams. The included Velcro elastic worked awesome as well. Adjusts easily at the waist band and stores all the slack so you aren't dangling or getting caught on anything.

it could be better

I have a bando bag and I like it, I also love Eberley stock! BUT I feel like I have to buy the admin pouch to make this bag work, the pockets are to small for wallets, keys, etc etc. the inside zipper pocket is hard to get to, i wish it was on the outside like the Bando bag. I think it should come with more pockets. I shouldn't have to buy more stuff to make it work for me. im not carrying much, firearm, mag, razor knife, multi tool, epipen, wallet, keys, very small power brick. and I still feel i have to buy another organizer pouch to make it work.

Excellent Bag

Fantastic fit running a P365 gold bug in a Falco A709 holster. Nice and tight with just enough room left to throw in a phone, keys, and maybe a mag or 2. Typically run it with just the sig in the main compartment and a phone in the front for added weight. The extra weight from the phone in the front helps pull open the main compartment for quick access. Hidden strap adjustments are a great feature. Very well designed and high quality EDC gear, nice work Eberlestock!

I've had the flex micro for about a month or more and I don't find myself wearing it every day. Some of it is i want to put my phone inside it and it just doesn't fit with what else I have in it which is not much, a spare mag, my wallet . Also my keys . Idk maybe I should of got the regular flex but one thing for sure is that it is very well made, love the zippers and the pouch for your weapon works very well. For sure buy one of these and put your crap somewhere else because at the end of the day Carrying everyday is what is the most important.

Exceeded My Expectations!

This is a great bag! It is lightweight yet tough and durable. The minimal branding makes it discreet and it has just the right amount of room for your EDC. The strap on the adjustable side was bunching up but that was easily corrected by sliding the keeper all the way to the strap entry point on the inside of the rear compartment. Perfect fit for my 4.25 inch 1911, wallet, truck key, knife, and an extra mag. Happy that I picked it up while it was on sale.

Perfect concealment for fullsize

I originally purchased this to replace my worn and faded Bando bag, but this quickly became my all time favorite as the organization was very different.
It’s got lots of space, I conceal a semi-full size Walther PDP F-series (3.5”), and an extra extended magazine, a TQ, flashlight and other EDC items. It’s got a durable and intuitive zipper system and the cloth is strong. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Bag is Awesome 👌

I picked up the micro a couple weeks ago and really like it. It fits my 43x with mag extension and rmrcc perfectly. Then in front pocket my wallet and phone and a couple other items. If you are running something bigger I'd get the bigger one. Another quality bag from eberlestock

Quality check.

Perfect size for micro carry. The only thing I didn't like is the quality. From the front is looks nice and even, but the backside is not even. One side is halt an inch shorter.

Great EDC Option

Recently started using the Fade Flex. I love that I can carry it cross body or like a fanny pack. The draw strap is a nice feature that allows me to quickly tighten the strap as needed. I am still trying to get everything organized how I want, but this is my go to bag now for EDC as well as other items that I need to carry for some health issues.

**Great**

I’ve had this bag since November 3rd of 2025. You can fit a good amount in the fade flex. It’s definitely loaded down with no space to spare. I didn’t want to leave any dead air. Take into consideration that if you have a light bearing weapon that the light could take a spot for a magazine or a tourniquet. What you put in each compartment effects the other. Try to keep flat items like a flat flashlight. It’s hard to have room for extra batteries because they are bulky. I hope this helps I could keep going but this will get my point across. I recommend this pack this isn’t the micro version.

Zipper problem

Nice bag and I like the design but the straps on the actual zipper keep coming off. There’s a big gap (see pic) that cause the little strap to constantly pull off when I try to open it. I’m assuming it’s a zipper manufacturing problem. Unfortunately it’s happening on all the zippers and constantly a problem that is just aggravating. I have to open it real slow and be conscious about which way the strap is facing so it doesn’t fall off. If this wasn’t an issue I’d give it 5 stars. It’s a perfect size bag and I like that it has 2 compartments.
