Shipping and Return Policy

*Free shipping offers are valid for orders shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Offer is not eligible on parcels shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destination.


Customers outside of USA will be responsible for any taxes and duties charged upon delivery. If package is refused customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. 


    · Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 – 5 business days to arrive.

    · Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

    · Products purchased from dealers or elsewhere should be returned to the dealer.

    · For refund or exchange of products purchased directly from Eberlestock:

        · You may return products for refund or exchange up to 45 days from the date of purchase.

        · You must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued by Eberlestock. Call or email us to receive it at: 1-208-424-5081 or, customerservice@eberlestock.com

        · Products must be in new, unused condition.

        · Hangtags must be left on products.

        · A record of your purchase from Eberlestock must be included.

        · We will refund your purchase price (this does not include shipping charges), less a 10% restocking fee.

        · Returns not meeting the terms of this policy may be refused.
