The Recon Modular System™ is a low-profile, quiet, modular optics harness and accessories system designed to adapt to any hunt, mission or adventure. The Recon Modular System consists of six compatible accessories that attach to the Bino Harness platform using either MOLLE webbing or our hook and loop cumberbund attachment. The Recon Bino Harness serves as a base to accommodate any combination of its six accessories and is available in large or small sizes. The Recon Bino Harness is operable by one hand, using a magnetic closure to secure the lid in the open or closed configuration. An inner quick-detach lanyard ensures the security of your binoculars. 


The Recon Bino Harness features a zippered front pocket containing two slip pockets, dual side pockets, and the back of the harness features an open-top slip pocket. Tightening the harness around the torso utilizes a forward-pull adjustment, allowing for fast and easy adjustment on the fly.


The improved 3D mesh harness is comfortable, breathable, and can be worn under a pack or removed to use the APSK Chest Pouch Mount Kit™. 10mm MOLLE webbing on the back of the harness allows the attachment of a pouch or accessory to carry a minimal kit of essential gear.

Should've got one sooner

Wish I had this at the beginning of bow season. All these years filling pockets with gear and having to dig thru them when the time comes was getting old. Everything with this is easy to grab. I don't even put binoculars in them, I use it for my grunt call and cell phone mainly and use the rangefinder pocket close to my release side. Definitely well made and I like how you can customize it. I also got the hand warmer which is nice. I don't necessarily use it a lot but I keep a hand warmer in there and switch off hands just to keep them ready.

Awesome harness and awesome customer service!!!!

I received the Large harness in the mail got it all setup and liked how my 18x56 Vortex UHD's fit in it and went to adjust the straps to fit me and noticed that something felt wrong, after further inspection one of the straps on the harness was longer than the other one. I notified customer support with a photo and they agreed it was a factory defect. They had another one in the mail immediately and shipped it fast! Not only is the Recon bino harness an awesome piece of kit, but, the people I dealt with are great!! Thanks again Eberlestock for being awesome!

Quality is great.

Haven’t tested in the field yet, my season is over. I will say the construction is really nice and the materials they use are pretty solid and well made. I like the ease of access to the pouches and the pouch locations. Will fully review when my next season rolls around.
