Why does my tracking not seem to update?

Smaller items tend to be shipped via USPS mail innovations. These packages are shared between USPS and UPS so you can technically track the package with both carriers. So, if your tracking number is a longer 26-digit USPS tracking number be sure to check your tracking in UPS instead of USPS. UPS will have the most accurate tracking info. Example - "92612903033108543400377462"

How long does it take to ship?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Ground shipping usually take 3-5 business days in the lower 48. For any urgent inquiries such as order cancellations or alterations, please don't hesitate to give us a call - (208) 424-5081

How do I return or exchange on order?

Can I change my order?

Yes, but the window to do so is small. We cannot make item or color changes once the order is printed, which are done daily.

Do you offer a Military/LE discount?

Yes, we offer a 15% discount to Military personnel, Law Enforcement Officers (LEO), First Responders, Veterans, and Government employees. To get started, simply create an account at Eberlestock Registration. Once your account is set up, email us at customerservice@eberlestock.com with your registered email address and proof of your service or employment. We'll verify your status, activate your discount, and send you a code to use at checkout.

How do I clean or wash my pack?

The best way to go about washing a pack is to submerge the pack in water without soap and then letting it hang dry. The next best thing would be hosing it down at the car wash or your driveway and again letting it hang dry. The most natural wash will be the best! Stay away from soap and fabric softeners. Do not machine wash your pack.
