THREE STAR RATING FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Design—2 Stars—The hip belt padding is too short to effectively bear the weight of the pack on the hips as it should. The quick buckle strap on the Hip Belt is too narrow to be of any use. The Rifle pocket is relatively narrow; therefore, I could barely fit my SBR / AR with STEINER red dot optic and Mil-Spec pistol grip. My M40A5 with tactical stock and Variable Optic did not fit. I expect it would fit most bolt-action hunting rifles with traditional stocks and common hunting optics.
Material and Hardware - 4 Stars - The quality of the material and hardware met my expectations, providing reassurance about the durability and reliability of the product.
Eberlestock Customer Service - 0 Stars - Marked as in stock it took 14 days to ship. When I attempted to contact them to cancel the order before it was shipped because of the delay, I was told I had to wait to receive it only to send it back at my expense and claim a refund. I was deployed before it arrived and my wife sent it to me at FPO. I have decided to keep it only because it is not worth the cost and hassle to return it, but I cannot endorse or recommend Eberlestock as a company based on their inability to proactively address customer service issues, resulting in a failure of good client relations.

Top notch as always! Best packs on the market, everything Eberlestock does, is done extremely well. Great pack, cannot wait to take it on the hunt!

I like to use trekking poles while hunting and the ability to carry my rifle comfortably is so nice. Rifle slings are not stable enough. The quality is top notch too. The hip belt provided is only negative but easily replaced with standard hip belt.

The fabrication is awesome and durable. Exactly what I was hoping for.

This is my second bag, I bought this for my partner she loved it. Awesome 🤩

I gave this a 4 because I haven't actually used the backpack yet. Hunting season is still months away. Just like all of their stuff, its very solidly built. I'm looking forward to using it for both western hunts and deer hunts in the south.
