The Flex is our next evolution in off-body concealed carry, built on the classic waist pack design and optimized for quick firearm access. This one-size-fits-all solution features a proprietary internally adjustable belt, expanding up to 55” for versatile carry options—whether you prefer it as a belt bag or a cross-body pack.

The main compartment measures in at 10” W x 6”H x 3” D to accommodate most-full size frames with lights and optics. The zipper pull of the main compartment is a T-puller, so you can identify and access the zipper quickly and securely.

It comes with a Velcro-in pistol retainer and tourniquet elastic loop, as well as webbing loops in the corners of the main compartment to attach a lanyard or shock cord to accommodate trigger guards. With minimal visible Eberlestock branding and a clean aesthetic, the Flex blends into any environment.

Great, room for minor improvement

Great pack, well built. Love the padding on BOTH sides of the ccw compartment. I wish for a better buckle. It unbuckles very easily. When you grab the sling with left hand to secure it or to draw with right hand, it can unbuckle inadvertently. A stiffer or locking buckle would make it perfect. Still, easily the best sling of this type for ccw.

Perfection

Granted this is my first fanny pack/off body carry but I freaking love it. Did a dozen hours or so of research on all available competitors and settled on this. Love the appearance and strap setup in particular, very slick. Easily carries my full size M&P 2.0 10mm 4.6", just need to build up a small medic kit for the front pocket along with my Benchmade and Leatherman.

This new sling/waist pack is a great addition to the Fade line. The front compartment has enough room for the sort of EC (lights, multitools, etc.) that you might want to offload from your pockets. As for the main compartment, it really is quite big. In fact, if you weren’t carrying a full-sized handgun, you could fit two large fade pouches to carry a truly absurd amount of stuff on your hip.

Excellent layout. Strap design is very good, could use 1 improvement to keep the right side strap from twisting, like a loop on that side, but over all, smart design. My favorite ccw bag so far and i own about 40 different ones.
