The thought that went into this design really shows! It is the best on the market for comfort, use, adaptability, and durability. I expect this pack to last a long time and be a pivotal piece of gear for many great hunts!
Recon Rangefinder Pouch
I was very excited for this bino set up and bought the range finder pouch and utility pouch all together. Used for a week straight chasing Elk. Out of the gate, I can tolerate the bino pouch. The accessories however, not so much. One of the things that I didnt care for was the limited amount of space to weave the molle straps to connect the pouch and range finder to the harness. You get to choose between too tight, or too loose. I decided too tight was better… until I realized that the padded side of the harness you hook too rides too high for the range finder lid to fold back and allow the magnet to come back together appropriately. With that, the lid of the range finder is a pain to reach basically behind the pouch and open to get to the range finder. If you strap the harness down snug, its quite a chore to operate that function quickly. Utility pouch seems fine. The back piece that connectsthe straps and goes across the back of your shoulders rode up my neck and couldnt get a happy medium of comfort with continuous adjustments to get it right. Ended up having to wear a hoody in 80 degree temps to avoid having a bunch or rubbing. Wish there was more opportunity for adjustment for that piece. Overall, I can live with it and bought it for the ease of use to operate with the mainframe. Would I spend the 200 dollars for the harness and attachments again? No.
Recon Rangefinder Pouch
Wanted to swap colors, but never heard back. Great product though!
I’ve used a few different kinds and the recon is by far the best. Paired with the easy to use range finder pouch. 10/10
Awesome setup with a lot of versatility with the whole setup
