I used 2 of the pouches. One for extra gear on my Warhammer, and one for a 2L bladder. I had a pretty built out kit with the Warhammer, G1 Little Brother, Multi lid, Lg padded pouch, and 2 sustainment pouches. I carried 58 lbs on a backpacking trip. They worked great . The only reason for 3 stars is the “quick attach” straps. Same straps used on the small padded pouch. When I had my pack set up I gave it a little tug test and was able to release one of the straps. I didn’t have any problems on the trail, but I just didn’t feel real confident in the straps. I would prefer buckles like most of Eberlestock’s other add ons
I picked this up to use with my recon on the back panel to carry emergency gear. Fits great, works well for the purpose, but isn't so big that I can over stuff it.
It does!
Colors to match pack colors please.
Fits all my saddle hunting gear without being super bulky
This pouch allows me to throw in some smaller items for my day trips that are easily accessible! Love the size!
BLUF: Outstanding design, material and workmanship.
I originally purchased this to add a little capacity and organization to my Bandit. It filled that need exactly as I expected but I kept thinking about Eberlestock’s picture of it mounted on a Recon Harness. Curiosity finally got me so I mounted it my Recon and think this may be the ultimate ultralight scouting pack (at least for me). I’ll be testing this idea out over the next few weeks.
This fits great on the back e-molle on my switchblade pack. Solid quality & I especially like the drawcord. I fly with my bag a lot & that’s a nice feature to shrink it down so it’ll fit under the seat lol. Plenty of room to shove stuff in. I do with the top flap was a bit more rigid if I had to nitpick, just so it covers the opening a little bit. Better. Overall 0 complaints.
