Purchased as gifts for daughter and her husband. I have several Eberlestock packs, F1 frame and other accessories. The abuse these products can take in the field is second to none.
The Kite is a handy little pack perfect for daily use and hauling necessities while traveling.

Light and comfortable

This pack is exactly what I was looking for! A high quality and durable light weight pack that has enough space for overnight or a weekend hiking situation. Please keep in mind this is meant to carry just enough essentials to make such a trip doable but it is not a heavy pack in my use case and really shines in the lighter roles where you pair it down to only the minimal essentials. If you’re trying to pack everything you might need I’d recommend something in the 3500+ size range as a better option. Overall I’m totally satisfied and plan to enjoy using this for many years to come.

It is my EDC bag as well as my hunting bag. Have not taken it on a hunt yet but has been holding up great for EDC use. Light enough that it doesn't take a toll plus the added back support is nice.

Good suspension, sized for a mild weather weekend

Very comfortable harness, especially the hip belt where I carry most of my trail weight. Appears to be a good weekend bag as the volume wouldn’t support one of my cold weather bags. I love the sturdy fabric and easy moving zippers. I’m adding a top lid/Fanny pack for convenience.

Great Expandable Pack

Nice simple pack with one large chamber which is expandable with the roll-top cover. Really does take quite a bit more when rolled out. It also came with a hard removable insert that keeps it rigid so it doesn’t sag against your back when it’s not full. I already have the J51 Warhammer and G1 little brother which are amazing but was looking for something in-between. Very happy with all my Eberlestock products. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a pack from anyone else!
