The Hercules Duffel™ is an oversized rolling duffel bag designed to keep your gear organized, secure, and consolidated. Modular hook and loop panels allow you to partition off various sized compartments to divide gear or clothing. The Hercules also features 6 spacious external pockets, 3 on either side with the middle pocket also containing elastic sleeves for small item organization. An attached stowable rain cover protects the entire bag from moisture or dust in the harshest of conditions.

Great Bag

Car trips to check-in luggage. I originally purchased the bag so I can store all of my gear and clothes in one bag. It did not disappoint! The multiple zippered compartments are great for storing items I can access quickly. The bottom compartment is nice to keep gear and clothing separated. I realized the bag is big enough to fit my family’s packing cubes and shoes on trips. It’s nice to be able to wheel one bag in and out of hotels and cabins.

This thing is awesome. Comes with dividers and a rain cover. Perfect for anyone that currently travels with 2-3 duffels and a backpack, you will only travel with one bag if you get this. I can pack out a 2 week trip with room to spare.

Hercules vs CAMS

I purchased this bag after seeing a 5.11 CAMS bag that my friend owns. I used this bag to travel out of state. It carries everything I needed and then some! I was really impressed with it. The rain fly is one feature the CAMS does not include, so it was nice to have that add on. Where the CAMS comes out on top is the internal frame. It holds the bag in a ridgid form and allows it stand up as well as other bags being stacked on top of it. After seeing how well a frame helped the other bag, I purchased some PVC material and built my own internal frame for Hercules. If Eberlestock ever makes a 2.0 version of the Hercules with a lightweight, internal frame, I would gladly spring for a retrofit. Please consider this upgrade! Your bag and the 5.11 CAMS are about equal on price, and I like your equipment more.

Absolute beast of a duffle, holds all my gear with room to expand, has been drug across gravel and mud and so far so good!
