Sternum Strap - Replacement Assembly

I added a sternum strap to my Aprentice backpack and let me tell you. That may be insignificant for many people, but for me it was a game changer.

Wanted a chest strap for my apprentice bag, emailed customer service. They responded right away with the link for the strap. Ordered it, came in a few days and perfect fit. Love the products and a becoming a huge fan!

Strap quality ruins a good pack. Twice

Very frustrating this expensive of a pack is cheapened by straps and clips that break when you need them the most. Even more frustrating when I have to pay for a replacement. Even more frustrating still once the replacement showed up its defective out of the bag. Cant even put it to use. Pack still out of commission. 5 buckles have failed. I have to buy a new pack and system as this one can not be trusted.
