The Vapor 7500 is the largest of 3 size options of the Eberlestock Ultralight Vapor Series. The V75 is a F1 Mainframe or M1 Carrier frame-compatible, minimalist, top or front-load, ultralight pack. Weighing in at just 2 lbs. 5 oz. with 7500 c.i. of capacity, the V75 will take you deep into the backcountry without weighing you down.

All members of the Vapor Series must be paired with one of the Eberlestock frame options and will do so using ultra-durable zippers. The Vapor series also features 3 buckle sets on either side of the pack, allowing the pack to extend from and buckle to the F1 Mainframe, utilizing the Vapor itself to compress and securely haul game or additional gear.

External features include extended-depth stretchable pockets to retain drink bottles, spotting scopes, trip-pods, etc. The center front panel utilizes the same stretchable material to create a zippered pocket for items requiring frequent access. The V75 also features a roll-top, allowing for compact or extended use, lending to it's versatility as either a day or extended hunt pack.

Internal features maintain the Vapor Series' simplicity, with an elastic retained side wall pocket on either side of the pack, dual hydration bladder hangers, and a hydration hose port. The Vapor also comes neatly packaged in a mesh zipper pocket which can be used for gear organization inside of the Vapor after purchase.

This thing is huge!

I love my M5, but it doesn't have the capacity to go deep. I went with the F1 Frame and Vapor 7500 combo. I'm training for an Alaska hunt this fall and I've been hiking with my full loadout at just under 70 lbs. The bag is has room for twice this much more. Large sniper scabbard between the bag and frame completes the rig. Plus room for meat hauling. I'm stoked.to get this thing dirty.
As a day pack, the 7500 on my F1 compresses smaller than my M5 with its own straps.
Be sure to add a Laser-Cut utility Panel to partition this huge space.

Vapor 7500

Loved my F1 frame with the bat wings but needed some actual bag space to get everything back to where we bear hunt. The 7500 has enough room for all the equipment going on with space for the trophy coming back out.

Mainframe pack & Vapor 7500 back pack

I purchased both the Mainframe and Vapor 7500 after researching back pack systems. I received both in good condition and find that they are quality built. This system went together very well, with one small glitch. The zipper hooks on the Vabor 7500 do not reach the loops on the Mainframe. This was easily fixed by adding a paracord loop to the existing loop. I haven't had a chance to use them on a long hike, but they fit and feel good on me. Planning on giving them a good test this September in Alaska. That said I would still give them a 5 star rating.

Vape 7500

Have the F1 main frame and got the vape 7500 for this year. Great pack all around. I would note it is very large and is difficult to compress down to a day pack. I am utilizing the main frame compression straps to get the pack tight and compressed but unfortunately doing this makes the side pockets some what non-accessible. The picture is of the pack, compressed, with my day pack set up. I havent seen the 5000 series in person but if you truly don't need the capacity of the 7500 it probably is smarter to go with the 5000 to utilize as a day pack as well as a long range hauler. I was easily able to fit my 7 day set up in this pack. Great design by Eberlestock and would strongly suggest the vape series
