The M5 RMEF Team Elk pack is one of the greatest all-around hunting packs ever created. It has a unique set of best-in-class features, including fold-away rifle scabbard, built-in bow carrier, Intex-II tubular aluminum frame, dual full-depth spotting scope and hydration pockets, grapple-compression straps, and more! It serves well as a day pack but is also great for shorter multi-day trips, and is a great game hauler.  It has both front-loading and top-loading access.

Designed to appeal to all hunters and popular all over the world, a full 10% of the revenues generated by sales of the RMEF Team Elk pack are donated to the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.  This is one of the ways that we demonstrate that Eberlestock proudly supports the best practices of American conservation.

Shoulder Straps???

The adjustments are nice. Used the pack on multiple backpack hunts. Nice quality. Nice storage. Could use waist pockets instead of molle attachments. But the shoulder straps suck. Way to far apart. There’s no adjustment unless I have all the weight super low. Which sucks. Even if I pull the chest strap to its max the shoulder straps run way to wide. They need to be able to sit in that sweet spot. Definitely not worth $400. Pretty bummed out. Also bought the Nose gunner bino harness. Love it except for the bino attachment point. When I say point I mean it. A single point. What is that. Had my wife upgrade it and sew in two 3M Clip to loop phone teathers. Now that’s taking it to the next level. Y’all should think about that as an option !

Only company worth buying from.

2021 NM mule deer hunt and this pack was absolutely solid! Super comfortable for those long hikes up and down elevation. I never was dissatisfied with the pack. I had spotting scope, tripod, little chair, water, everything you would need to pack out and more. Eberlestock is top notch and the people who work there are even better!

M5 frame pack

Delivery was fast! Back pack is very roomie with multiple compartments for storage. Frame looks excellent for packing and the rifle case is well protected and also tucked away nicely when not in use. Highly recommend this pack!

M5 Team Elk Pack

I looked at reviews for months before I decided to purchase, and I’m glad I did. The quality on this pack is outstanding. While I haven’t taken it out for a serious field test, I can already tell that it will perform its job well this elk season. The pack is just the right size for me. It’s small enough and compressible enough for day hunts, and big enough that I could take it out to the backcountry for a few days. I’ve put some weight in it, and when the pack is fitted right, you can barely notice the extra pounds on your back. The layout with rifle and bow carry is ingenious, and the interior is well organized. I cannot recommend this pack enough. Don’t hesitate on it, you won’t be disappointed.

Hunting muzzle loader antelope with the Team elk right now... Rides nice on my back, love the adjustments, lots of pockets and room... Would buy again!
