Very comfortable and well built.
I bought this bino pack for multiple uses. I have Leukemia and I have to carry around an infusion pump attached to a bag of chemo that runs through a tube to an IV in my arm. I’m on chemo for 28 days and then off for 14 days. During the 14 days off I still continue to use it to carry all my stuff. This pack allows me to carry the pump and medicine while also carrying my iPhone, 2 extra c-cell batteries, my edc items such as my tactical pen, flashlight, knife, my firearm and more. This bino pack is VERY comfortable to wear and distributes the weight very well. I’ve worn it 16 hours a day at a time many times and I have not experienced muscle/shoulder/neck fatigue and I am more susceptible to fatigue due to my condition! It has plenty of molle webbing to attach anything you want, making this a great modular pack if you want to add other packs/pouches. I even keep carabiners on the pack for daily use.
Also impressive is the durability of the pack. Its very well built and sturdy and has internal padding. The final bonus for me is the zippered, waterproof front pocket!
If you are looking for a bino pack or a front facing tactical pack, I highly recommend this bino pack. Don’t make the mistake of thinking this pack is just for binoculars! Its very versatile, providing plenty of room for your stuff. If you are an edc person (every day carry) this pack is perfect! It’s worth every single penny!
Other than I didn’t have it adjusted quite right my first trip out with it (user error), and getting pistol whipped by my 9mm, it worked flawlessly! Thank you Eberlestock!
I bought this specifically for the built in holster, and am extremely disappointed in that regard. The “holster” is literally just an opening in the back. I’m using a 9mm shield and because of the design you can’t actually draw your firearm in a ready to shoot grip. You have to pull it up with two fingers because there is not enough room to get your hand around the gun because of the strap location and pocket design. As for a binocular holder it works great. I still feel it’s a good value for the price, but don’t advertise as a built in holster because it’s not. It’s a pocket on the back of the pack.
Great product fits my Swaro EL 10x42s perfect length. I was on fence for smaller size based on some reviews but can’t believe the smaller one would fit. Bought for gun holster. It does hold my Gloc19 but would probably not have round chambered for use, based on location/design. I added Velcro strap to secure gun for when really moving around. Crease in side expansion (expands when open for binos in/out) does tend to stay out some so would recommend correcting for future upgrades but didn’t appear to be a problem in some rain on recent trip.
Very please with how comfortably my pistol fits in the built in holster. I have a Sig P320 and it doesn’t make it fit or feel bulky.
Bought this for the pistol holster on the rear of the pack best thing I bet bought for hunting it holds my binoculars, pistol, and rangefinder on the side as well as my deer call on the other side of it solved a lot of problems when in the stand trying to use binoculars instead of having them under my seat. It holds my sig P220 hunter elite perfectly, and it’s silent opening which is awesome can’t believe I haven’t had something like this all along
Only thing is I wish the top of the pouch would stay open when I need it to. So I can grab and slide things in and out with out opening it every time. Other that that it’s great i us it every time I go hunting.
Just got done Archery hunting here in Oregon with my new Bino Pack. Absolutely love this pack just for the fact of being able to put my firearm right there for easy access.
I bought the large scout Bino pack and it is great for daily carry and dog walking. Highly recommend.
