Great fitting pant very comfortable. I’m 6’5” 215 ordered 34 long.
They fit well, good length for my 6'2 195lb lean build(34" Long). They're not real rugged but they are of a great fabric. I bought a bit larger waist vs 32" for long underwear in winter as an option.
BLUF: I’ll buy six more pair if Eberlestock offers a 30” inseam option.
Salmon River Pant
Love these pants, fit me perfect! Was just going to use them for hiking, but after wearing them the first time would love wearing them for anything! A little pricey, but so comfortable!
I like the fit and feel
Everything about these pants are outstanding. Sizing my be a bit difficult if your shirt like me but I just got the length altered. Everything else fits perfectly.
Pro's - fit, material
Con's - double hand pocket on the left is annoying for me as I tend to catch the wrong pocket entrance and I don't like stacking gear.
I purchased the Gunmetal in 34Long. I usually buy a 34 x 36 and I found the length on these to be perfect. The pants are what I would describe as a boot cut, but personally, I think the cuff could use a slight taper to them. The fit is athletic and the material is comfortable; you won't overheat and they don't chafe the thighs. Because the material is slick, I feel like my cell phone could potentially slide out of the left cell pocket without me knowing when I'm seated. There is a zippered pocket on the other other side, however.
I think the price for what they are is fair and will most likely purchase other styles from them in the future.
Great pants but way to long for me. I had to take them to be shortened by about 4 inches. The cost of the pants plus the altering makes them very expensive.
Great pants for the office or the trail
