I really like the looks and style of the cap, but unfortunately mine was smashed down into the same box that my Upranger pack was shipped in. So the plastic clasp on the back of the hat will not stay latched. I contacted customer service over two weeks ago about the issue, and never got a response.

I so far like the bag, I love the hidden compartment for the pistol. My only gripe is I wish the bag could stay upright. Oh well, can't have everything.
