Refunds or Exchange

Products purchased directly from Eberlestock may be returned for a refund or exchange up to 45 days from the date of purchase.You must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued by Eberlestock.

Conditions

1. Products must be in new, unused condition.

2. Hangtags must be left on products.

3. A record of your purchase from Eberlestock must be included.

We will refund your purchase price (this does not include shipping charges), less a 10% restocking fee.

Returns not meeting the terms of this policy may be refused.
