Excellent quality & Constriction, great features and comfort to carry!!

I work on the North Slope of AK. Needed a bag to carry my iPad, books and other smaller items. This bag hits it outta the park! It's tough and slips right into the overhead bin with hardly any room taken up. Carry it back and forth between my room and my office. On the last field excursion it looked like it belonged on the drill pad. On slope and off it carries great and fits in to the environment.

I use this brief case for work carrying all of my essentials (laptop, iPad, and all paperwork) works great for that. Only thing is it could be just an inch wider to get the zippers around a portfolio a little easier, but thats a miner detail.

Disappointed. Second one I ordered. The zippers are not smooth and buttery like the first. This was supposed to replace my 5.11 bag but instead it is in my trunk b/c the zippers are so grabby and stiff/not smooth. 5 stars otherwise. But I can’t use what I can’t depend on for quick entry. I’m a cop. Have to be able to get in and get out. Let a rookie have my other one thinking I could replace it. Oops. My bad.

This seems like a solid product, but the video made me think it would fit a larger laptop (15.6") but it won't. The return process is not as simple as it should be; you have to get a return authorization and print a copy of that, plus your receipt. Most companies include a return shipping label with your product for free returns, Eberlestock does not.
