The Lost River Mountains in Idaho are some of the steepest and biggest base-to-summit peaks in North America.  Not to be taken lightly, the Lost Rivers offer breathtaking  views and tough climbs. This jacket was inspired by the technical ascents and backcountry trails of the Lost River Range.

Offering the best in class wind/water protection for a mid-weight jacket, this featherweight piece should be a staple in every kit. Featuring 80gm Primaloft Gold insulation, packable into its inside-chest pocket, breathable, and touting a superior warmth-to-weight ratio, this jacket is built to perform. Two over sized fleece lined hand pockets are high enough to allow you access while wearing a pack with a hip belt.

**We recommend buying one size larger than your usual jacket fit**

MID WEIGHT:

With a water resistant, yet-extremely breathable membrane and 4-way stretch, mid weight layers provide excellent warmth-to-weight ratio to keep you comfortable without weighing you down.

PANTS:

Technical, versatile, lightweight, and built to last. Made of 4-way stretch polyester with a DWR finish, providing a close riding, athletic fit with a cut that gives unrestrained freedom of movement.

COLD WEATHER GEAR:

Featuring 80gm Primaloft insulation, packable into its inside-chest pocket, breathable, and touting a superior warmth-to-weight ratio, Eberlestock cold weather gear is built to perform.

Lost River Insulated Jacket

The Jacket looks great but I'm thinking likely not going to work for me, as I feel it will tear out in the underarm areas and is not much use for what I wanted. Was looking for a carry and throw on when it gets late in the day, for warmth and rain protection. I'm 6' foot and weigh 175 lbs. The jacket feels tight in the chest, arm sleeves seem short. This jacket feels like it was more of a youth type fitting size. Wish I had gone to a bigger size.

Top quality as always

Great quality material and craftsmanship. The jacket is more of an trim fit, still very comfortable. If a large is normally snug on you, size up to XL with this jacket. Wearing this jacket while under load or wearing a pack has been very comfortable without any hotspots or failure of materials to this point. Performed very well under heavy wind and rains during sub 30 degrees. ANother great product, use several of their products on a daily basis, have never been disappointed with any of them.

FIts perfectly

I struggle with sizes (always in between) but this coats cut is great. The warmth factor is good. The fabric seems sturdy, yet it is still softer and pliable. Good purchase.

Great Jacket!!!

Hi quality as usual like all Eberlestock gear!!! I gave it 4 stars just for sizing reasons. If you are a bigger large, where you need to try it on to determine whether to get a Large or an XLarge, I would move up. I'm a pretty consistent Large with 99% of any brand while an XLarge is too big. If I pack on a few pounds over the next couple years it will fit a little tighter than I like.....strictly my preference.

Lost River Insulated Jacket

This is a great mid weight Jacket. The Sky Cammo pattern blends in everywhere. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the size. In everything else jacket wise I am a large. I did as the Eberlestock websight said and ordered one size up. So I ordered a XL and while I do prefer all my bowhunting clothes to fit slightly snug. I cannot get my arms and shoulders in this XL. I ga e the jacket to a 16 year old boy down the street. I never got to hunt with it because I was so tight it was uncomfortable and If I had tried to get to full draw the arms and back would have ripped. Now I am out a small fortune and don’t want to run the risk buying a 2XL and having it swallow me whole. But now I do t have a jacket to match the pants.

Lost River Jacket

The jacket is great really warm and blocks the wind nicely the only issue I have is that the jacket is pilling on the inside. I pick some of it off and it just comes back.

great jacket

it's lightly insulated and made all previous hunting jackets obsolete. I was comfortable in the jacket and a single base layer at about 35 degrees in Ohio. Will be purchasing more clothing from Eberle.
