The Large Padded Accessory pouch is a simply-designed, quality made pouch which can attach almost anywhere you find MOLLE webbing on an Eberlestock pack or accessory. The additional padding makes them optimal for carrying small but expensive items like rangefinders, GPS, and camera accessories. The added stretch pocket allows easy and quick access to essential items.
Most commonly it is worn on the hip belt for quick access to essential items, or the outside front of a pack. The Large Padded Accessory Pouch can also pair with the Chest Pack Harness to convert it into an ultralight minimalist chest worn pack.
I got this since I ordered the chest mount kit and followed the description that said it was compatible with the v1 accessory pouches. I thought I was setting things up wrong but called customer service which told me that they no longer included the necessary clips that the mount kit works with that USED to be included with the v1 pouches. Bought it on outlets so it's not returnable. I'll still use the pouch, but ended up costing me more cash since I had to get a waist belt (i was going to get one anyway) and the Multipack, which is actually the only "as-is" compatible pouch with the chest mount kit. I still love the products, and will buy more. Just wish I could of gotten what I needed the first time.

Still the best
As usual, these are the best bags made. Every Eberlestock bag I own is top notch. These add on bags were no different. The only thing I would wish for, is more molle panels on my Low Drag bag, to add one of them on it. These bags are great for carrying extra accessories.

Disappointed
I thought with the strap kit you could attach the padded pouch to your pack. At least that’s how it’s advertised. The pouch is missing some straps if you’re thinking of doing that. The strap kit is not enough. Disappointed
