I have not had this jacket very long now, but got a chance this spring to put it to the test. I had some heavy rainy days for turkey hunting. This jacket did not let me down. I stayed completely dry. From the hood to sleeves, all worked great. Can’t wait to test out more this fall, I’m sure it’s only going to prove to be a great addition to my hunting gear.
Great jacket, wasn’t ready for the high side pocket location but I like it.
Perfect fit in XL for 6’1” 200-lb person (46” chest, 35-36” arms). Tapers to the waist, and just about covers half my rear. Zippers are great, pockets perfect for hiking or riding. Love the mesh on the yoke across the shoulders.
Built for hard wear in tough conditions.
This jacket is superb if you're looking a strong and robust outdoor jacket. It'll withstand basically every weather you throw at it. However I recommend wearing proper layers, especially during the winter months or in cold environments.
I’ve had Kuiu rain shell for the past 7 years, it’s been good. But I really like the Trinity. Especially the high pockets when my packs on for pocket access. It fits great as an XL 6’2’ 220 34” waist athletic build, still room to add a puffy if needed. Zippers work great so far, I use it for skiing, hunting, and general use. I have several Eberle, packs and now have the rain pants and jacket in solid colors. Their gear is solid, I’m hard on gear, between dirt bike hunts and skiing trees and chutes my gear has to be quality material.
Also the team at Eberle stands behind their gear.
Nice jacket ! XL wasn’t long enough for my arms and was pretty tight , I weigh 220 6’2 and I’m all upper body. XL did fit my brother in law who is 6’3 210 and more legs than upper body.
As far as for goes. I wear dress shirt 17 & 36/37 sleeve slim fit.. This jacket is a great fit. I usually hate jackets that aren't long enough in the sleeve or short length in general this one is not.. In the rain and cold obviously it was waterproof breath ability was great I was impressed how well it did compared to a fleece or sweater I usually wear.. Enjoy the jacket its great eberleatock did a great job real classy for an outdoor jacket
