The Best Refugee Travel Pack

This is my third X2 backpack. The first two I gave away to friends with slightly shorter torsos than mine. Each time I regretted it. Although the X2 frame is a shade short for my 6'2" frame, it is near perfect as either a carryon or a checkin bugout backpack when secured in a duffle bag. My work requires that I travel regularly, often to politically and economically unstable locations. The X2 makes a near perfect bag just in case the world goes sideways on a trip, and I need an absolutely reliable compact pack capable of heavy loads to get me to safety. I have seen the plight of refugees who were caught unprepared far away from home. The X2 holds the supplies I need to walk, ride or fly to a safe country. Although I wish a longer version was available, the X2's shorter length is a plus when riding a bicycle at home or abroad. When things go south, you can count on it.

Great product.

Works well for saddle rig. Enough space for sticks, platform and saddle. Seems well made and versatile. Believe it could handle a light spike camp.
