The ButtBucket is a simple and effective way to add a bow-carry option to the Eberlestock EMOD system, primarily built around the Mainframe, or a number of stand alone packs. Using two simple straps/buckles to loop onto the frame or MOLLE webbing, the ButtBucket will hang below the pack to place the bow on the user's back where it can be reached and released for quick-access without removing the pack.

Great Product

Works great on my Eberlestock and my Mystery Ranch pack. Well built and easy to attach. Great product, I would recommend it.

Butt Bucket

Very versatile. I use it for grappling, odd object and sharp object securing, and bottom of pack securement. Worth it.

Butt Bucket (another use for it)

I’ve been trying to figure out a way to lash my show shoes to my jackhammer pack. Using the butt bucket I can put my snowshoes and my shovel. Great addition to my SAR pack!

Valuable Piece of Equipment

The Butt Bucket is great - it attaches to the F1 very easily and securely and it holds my Crossbow great. I am very happy with this purchase!

Does not fit as I had hoped

I bought the butt bucket after conferring with Eberlestock. I am a crossbow hunter. I asked Eberlestock if the butt bucket accepted a crossbow. Eberlestock's answer was, "Yes it fits and fits well." Well, it does not. I think I can still use it, but it does not fit well; it think my bow would be just as secure without it.

Butt bucket w/ M1 mainframe

I like the bucket and holds my Hoyt dinosaur of a bow well. The trouble I have is positioning it with two batwings on the mainframe. I can’t put it behind the packs because of accessibility, and on front of the pack sitting on the mainframe shelf makes the butt bucket obsolete. I think it is a good tool in the hunting tool kit, just not sure on the application for what I run with the M1 mainframe.
