The A6SB Batwing Pouch™ is an extremely versatile addition to most of our packs. Two Batwings can be coupled together on our F1 Mainframe™ to build a great minimalist day pack, or they can be added to an EMOD™ compatible pack as a way to increase capacity. The minimalist design allows the Batwings to be zipped apart and laid open for placing and securing meat or gear between them while they stay securely fixed to the frame.

Great day pack option.

Lightweight and well made. Run them on my F1 and for a minimalist style day they work great for the essentials. Would like to see clips on the zippers to better secure them to the pack but overall great product.

AWESOME!!!

I absolutely love the bat wings on my F1 mainframe. Incredibly versatile compact and will carry the load. If you only are buying one pack system, I highly recommend the F1 mainframe with two bat wings and vapor 2500 or the 5000 or 7000 if it’s an extended hunt. You will not regret your purchase.

Very useful

I really like these. They were what sold me on the F1 system, but I have since come to like the Vapor 2500 more. They compliment each other.

Modular design creates mission flexibilty

I have many packs, each for a different need. However, with eberlestock, I have one pack flexibility. I carry F1 frame with batwings and vapor 7500. A zip in medium duffel is next on the list. Remove the Vapor once camp is established and carry just the frame and batwings for hunt sustainment with meat hauling capability. The only MINOR ISSUE is the lack of zipper restraint when coupling Batwings to Vapor. Minor, because I simply used a couple of small carabiners to lock off zippers. The space between the Batwings and F1 frame and Vapor 7500 is stowage for my tent and a sleep system ( fully nested pieces) in a 20 liter roll top dry bag. This leaves my Vapor 7500 ( bigger than USUALLY NEEDED ) for lighter weight equipment which is last to be accessed when setting camp. Eberlestock is an excellent bullet proof system you will buy only once.

Batwings with F1 Mainframe

Phenomenal , couldn’t be happier the ability to pack out an animal with a super lightweight daypack and still be able to use the same pack on extended backcountry hunts. GAMECHANGER !!!!!!

The right amount of space

These bags are just the right size for additional space. They aren’t too bulky when you have a bigger pack option already on the mainframe and they are big enough to use as day pack storage. Built durable. The one ding I have for them is that when you zip them onto the frame they don’t have the same way to secure the zipper up as like say the vapor series bags, still a great modularity option through a solid company with great employees

Batwings

I purchased 2 batwings to use as a day pack. Looks great in the mainframe and even fits my 85mm angled vortex razor hd spotting scope. 5 stars if there was a strap to secure water bladder to the top. If folks that have used the batwings with a water bladder have not had any issues I'll happily update my review to a 5 star.

Really neat system

Purchased two of these with my F1 mainframe and they fit nicely on there and seem like they will be perfect to split open for meat hauling. The only thing is they really need something inside to hold a water bladder somehow. If it did I would have given 5 stars for sure
