Hard to access the EDC compartment

This bag is great all around except it is hard to force my hand into the EDC compartment.

Second one- not as good as the first.

Disappointed. Second one I ordered. The zippers are not smooth and buttery like the first. This was supposed to replace my 5.11 bag but instead it is in my trunk b/c the zippers are so grabby and stiff/not smooth. 5 stars otherwise. But I can’t use what I can’t depend on for quick entry. I’m a cop. Have to be able to get in and get out. Let a rookie have my other one thinking I could replace it. Oops. My bad.

This seems like a solid product, but the video made me think it would fit a larger laptop (15.6") but it won't. The return process is not as simple as it should be; you have to get a return authorization and print a copy of that, plus your receipt. Most companies include a return shipping label with your product for free returns, Eberlestock does not.

Zippers are tough

This review really should be a 4 if not a 5 star review. However, I went middle of the road to be taken seriously. The bag quality appears top notch, pockets, organization and overall design is great. However around the top (near the handle) where some stitching meets near the zippers it is tough to get the zipper past those points. Makes access to bag very tough maybe once “broken in” it will loosen up and be easier to open. In the mean time I have to muscle the bag open and closed and I’m nervous to break the zipper.

Professional and Lethal

I love this brief case. It’s handsome, and functions exactly as advertised. You can’t put a price on piece of mind, and the concealed carry capabilities of this brief case provides just that. I fit everything I need for my administrative demands such as my laptop (and charger), padfolio, planner, reference materials etc. And with all that, I’m able to discreetly carry my Gen 5 G-19, an extra mag and my microtech fighting knife as well! It’s comfy on the shoulder and sheds rain too!
